When you schedule an appointment with us, please ensure that you are able to keep it. Our scheduling system offers the convenience of adding the appointment directly to your calendar as a helpful reminder.

We sincerely appreciate your mindfulness in honoring your appointment, as our team sets aside this dedicated time to meet with you. Missed appointments take away precious moments we’ve reserved from our own family time to connect with yours.

If you need to cancel your appointment, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. However, you are welcome to reschedule at any time to better suit your availability.

Please note that no-shows will incur a $20 rescheduling fee, as this helps us manage our schedule and respect the time we set aside for our families.
